The CEPLANTEC worked initially, making architectonical and urban and/or regional development projects, after with engineering projects, too (hydraulic, all draining, electrical, etc.), after with budget, economic viability and the proper economic project, control and policy development plans, in resume, the CEPLANTEC was like a bridge between, the commercial companies, the market and the financing banks for all kind of business, but, my experience was habitations. In this area, my company went ahead better. In this time, in Brazil, there wasn’t the BNH – Habitat ional National Bank, a official bank for habitation, in your place arrived the Caixa Economica Federal, another official saving bank, opening new credit lines for the constructor companies build habitations and my company made for them, a lot of completes undertakings, appearing, our works, for this Bank. Until here, the CEPLANTEC made, principally, the following works, supervising the work of no more than 25 professionals of various levels:

Henceforward, I returned to work with habitation, community, human settlement, saving, financing, budget, coordination, etc. and put all my attention for the angle undertake of the habitation question, only, because it is what I like and think that know how to make well, it’s easy for me. I analyzed all facts conditional of the new business supported with one big bank back me, made the option for works with it, forever. I thought if I worked directly with the communities, my bank was safer and I felt the future problems before, For it I optioned to work by habitat ional cooperatives and the CEPLANTEC supported administratively all works of them. Immediately, I went to the communities objective of the Programs and began to deep studies about incomes of each family, selecting the families for levels of incomes, ordering a social studies of the selected groups, knowing how each family lived and arrived to the final groups really seems, with capacity of payment seems, inside  of the financing and saving plans of my bank, founding after this work, each cooperative, where for each group, I created one separated session of the cooperative, for each large action other cooperative and others sessions, etc. and founded for the families:

After, to select areas to buy, to make all projects integrated, the budget to the human settlement, the study of the financing with a payment less the capacity of payment of each groups and/or session of cooperative, the plan of the policy and control of the construction, all it with legal performance attended, the organized occupation of the homes and the attendance of the new life each family settled. For almost ten years I made this service fulfilled above a Brazilian lingering inflation with rates until 70% a month, without mistakes and all our human settlements paid the financing normally, as principally:
